Modularity is one of the main advantages of the NEWTON line, becoming the most important element for high throughput oil mist filtration systems. By combining several units together (5000 m3/h each) it is possible to reach considerably high air flows. Gemini is an air filter for oilmist, micro-mist, vapours and smokes, with pre and after filters included. Gemini represents the perfect solution for all cases where the customer in little spaces has the need of both a pre and post-filtration. Gemini is available in 2 sizes, S and M, with 3 standard configurations each. Gemini grants filtration efficiencies from 95% up to 99,95%. Thanks to its modularity, It is possible to add the activated carbons after-filter for those applications with bad or dangerous odours and HCP, or an extra absolute after-filter H13. |

Newton, a system for the filtration of air in the workplace capable of eliminating oil mist and smoke caused by a variety of metal machining applications. This solution has a very broad range of possible applications: machining centers, lathes, grinders, millings, screwings… Thanks to the specific characteristics of the material used, the Newton line assures an extremely high filtration efficiency according to the regulating norms. The opacimetric tests and lab analysis guarantee reliability and efficiency for the 2 versions available: 95% for the version in which the air is directly conveyed externally to the plant 99.97% for the version in which the air is recycled within the plant. USES The Newton line is the ideal answer for: For the Equipment of Oversize machine tools NEWTON becomes the logical evolution of Losma air filtration line, with air flow reaching up to 5.000 m3/h, in order to satisfy all kinds of needs. Centralized Systems Modularity is one of the main advantages of the NEWTON line, becoming the most important element for high throughput oil mist filtration systems. By combining several units together (5000 m3/h each) it is possible to reach considerably high air flows. |

Losma is always sensitive to the needs of the market, including specialised niches. The Air Filtration Range is completed with a system tailor-made for spark erosion. |

From the simplest of cloth filters to more complex integrated systems with two or three filtration stages, the Losma Liquid Filtration Range is made up of various types of filter to cope with all eventualities. |

Seven models with flow rates from 50 to 400 litres per minute (25 to 200 litres per minute for neat oil), using a fabric system of filtration. Also available in stainless steel AISI 304. It is suitable for the filtration of neat oils and emulsions contaminated with magnetic and/or non-magnetic particles. DETEX represents the simplest way to assure effective filtration with minimal maintenance and a limited expenditure. These strainers are ready-equipped with filter fabric in a variety of possible filtration levels (from 50 to 10 microns). They can also be used (in stainless steel form) for the filtration of water in the chemical, food and glass industries. |

This is a magnetic separator made up of a number of ferromagnetic discs which trap the solid contaminants present in the coolant/lubricant. An important feature is its running costs - practically zero. Like DETEX, DEMAG treats up to 400 litres per minute. |

This series is a combination of the previous two methods of filtration. It is a double stage filter in which the magnetic particles are first removed from the liquid which is then passed through a suitable grade of filter fabric depending on requirements. |

The RIVER series is available with high-pressure return pumps (up to 100 bar), filtration levels to 5 microns and flow rates from 25 to 100 litres per minute when working on neat oil. They are supplied with sophisticated systems for control and safety. Routine maintenance can be carried out without any machine downtime. |

SPRING: the new self-cleaning drum filter. The Spring is a self-cleaning drum filter complete with a fixed filtering membrane for the elimination of magnetic and amagnetic particles from both neat and soluble coolant liquids. The Spring Range comprises of 6 models capable of purifying from 20 – 300 l/min of neat oil and from 50 – 90 l/min of emulsions. The filtration efficiency of the drum can be customised according to the individual requirements. The entire filtration process is completely automatic |

MASTER Hydrostatic Head Filter ! The MASTER is a range of high-efficiency gravity filters which use non-woven fabric filters. The MASTER range is able to treat between 200 and 1000 litres of neat oil per minute and from 400 to 2000 litres of water-based emulsions per minute containing both metallic and non-metallic particles. Compared to other flat bed filters, of the same capacity, the MASTER’s overall dimensions are significantly smaller and can achieve greater levels of filtration. The MASTER is built within a sturdy structure of sheet steel inside which a continuous conveyor belt of metal mesh is pulled into a basin shape between two rotating disks; the filter is inserted between the disk and the belt. A double seal mounted on the outside of the disk, determines the wet seal of the system and prevents the dirty liquid from contaminating the clean liquid. As soon as the maximum level of liquid inside the filter basin has been reached, the gearbox is engaged which moves the support and the filter fabric along on the conveyor belt. The sludge which has been separated off, together with the used filter, is discarded outside in a collection container designed for this purpose. The entire filtration process is completely automatic |
